1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
